The following is a brief overview of our recruitment model, outlining the key stages of the head hunting process:

-A Senior Consultant is allocated to oversee the assignment and is supported by a team of recruiters and researchers selected on the basis of their expertise.

-Our sophisticated resourcing techniques generate a comprehensive list of candidates to be targeted.

-Candidates approached are pre-screened.

-The most suitable candidates undergo a further stage of thorough interviewing.

-The feedback from the interviews are systematically assessed in accordance with the requisite criteria.

-Following a robust selection process, a preliminary short list is compiled. A ‘trial’ candidate is submitted and subject to the outcome, a further 2 or 3 suitable candidates are placed on the final short list.

-All communications before and after interviews would be expertly managed by the Consultant dealing with the assignment.
